Remove installation via apps portal

There are some instances where Dualog link services (drive, protect, endpoint, etc.) was installed and machine was decommissioned and is no longer in use. Under such circumstances, it is advisable to remove installation to avoid confusion while performing any admin work. To remove installation. Please follow steps below.

1. Log in to apps portal with your admin account.

2. Navigate to this link

3. Search for and select machine of your choice

4. Top right, click on 3 dots menu and select 'Remove installation'

 

5. Type REMOVE and click on Remove button
