How to uninstall the Dualog Antivirus (Connection Suite 2.38 and newer)

• INTRODUCTION

This document describes how to uninstall the Dualog ESET Antivirus solution. This procedure will uninstall both the Dualog side and the ESET side of the Antivirus. You will not need to uninstall ESET NOD32 separately.

Note that this guide only applies to the Antivirus solution shipped with Connection Suite version 2.38.000 and newer.

• UNINSTALL PROCEDURE

1. To uninstall the Dualog Antivirus, access the Control Panel on Microsoft Windows and select "Uninstall a program".
2. A list of programs installed on your PC will appear. Browse through the list until you find a program called Dualog Antivirus Client (version number). Click on it with the right mouse button and select Uninstall.
3. Wait until the procedure ends.
4. Restart the PC.

After restarting the PC, the Dualog Antivirus will be completely removed from your PC.
