Dualog Connection Suite Intranet pages are rendered via Adobe® Flash Player. If your computer does not have Flash Player installed then the page displayed will contain a “Get Flash” hyperlink. Clicking the hyperlink will cause Flash Player to be downloaded and installed:
In case you still get an error message stating that Flash needs to be activated or needs to run on your pc, you can try the following solutions according to the Internet browser you are using to access Dualog Connection Suite.
- GOOGLE CHROME
If you get an error message stating that Flash needs to be updated:
- MOZILLA FIREFOX
If Firefox blocks Flash, you'll see a message prompting you to click to run the plugin.
If you click the message or the notification icon to activate the plugin, Firefox will prompt you with these options:
- Allow: Activates Flash only for a single visit. To automatically activate Flash for all future visits to that site, check the Remember this decision checkbox.
- Don't Allow: Dismisses the notification prompt without activating Flash.
If you click to activate and allow the plugin, the missing content will load normally. (If it doesn't, click the reload button in the toolbar to reload the page and try again.)
Always activate: You can also set a plugin to always activate by entering about:addons on the address bar and setting the plugin to "Run Adobe Flash" message.in its drop-down menu. The plugin will automatically run and you won't get the
