If a crew member on board has forgotten their password, it is possible to reset it on board according to the privileges of the Master or main account on board.
- PASSWORD RESET PROCEDURE
- Log on Dualog Connection Suite with the main ship account or with the master account.
- Click on the Users tab on the top row. On the left of the windows that will appear, select the user you wish to reset password for and click on Change password.
- In the pop-up window that appears, type in new password for the affected user and click OK.
If no "Change password" link is available, it means that by company standard, the account you used to log on Connection Suite does not have enough privileges to manipulate users passwords. Please contact your company if you wish further clarifications.
