This list includes some of the most popular currently supported IP carriers and their features.

Metered service (MegaByte), charged per MB (Pay-as-you-go) PAYG.

Flat rate per month for a maximum amount of data per month, e.g. 75 MB, 250 MB etc per month.
Also available as Very Large Allowances, e.g. 4 GB per month.

Flat rate per month for an unlimited amount (All-You-Can-Eat) of data.

Iridium OpenPort / Pilot

Metered service (MegaByte) charged per MB. (Pay-as-you-go) PAYG.

Flat rate per month for a maximum amount of data per month, i.e. 500 MB per month.

VSAT

Flat rate per month for a purchased bandwidth plan
