The crew sign-in feature has been activated to improve security and prevent unauthorized use of accounts onboard. If enabled, Internet and email will only be available to crew members after approval from the captains. Authorized persons will receive an email asking for approval, whenever a new sign-in is performed onboard.
This article will show how an administrator can enable the sign-in approval feature within the organization and for a specific user group.
SIGN-IN APPROVAL FEATURE
- Click on the Hamburger menu at the top left corner > Connection Suite > CS Groups
- Search or select the user group(s) that require(s) the sign-in approval feature
- Under Group Settings > enable "Require sign-in approval"
- Click on Save to apply the change
