STEP 1: Obtain Login Credentials
To begin, you'll need an email address and password or a unique link provided by your shipping company. If you have not received these credentials, please reach out to your shipping company to obtain them.
STEP 2: Access The Login Page
Visit the Dualog Seafarer web portal using any web browser.
STEP 3: Enter The Credentials
If you have an email address and password, enter them on the login page. If you have a unique link, click on it to access the platform.
STEP 4: Set A New Password
After logging in for the first time, you'll be prompted to set a new password. (Minimum of 16 characters and at least one number).
To ensure your account's security, it's a good practice to create a strong, unique password that you don't use elsewhere.
STEP 5: Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Next, you'll be asked to select your country and provide your local mobile number to set up MFA.
You can choose between WhatsApp and SMS as your authentication method. You can switch between these options whenever prompted for an MFA token in the future.
STEP 6: Complete The Onboarding Process
Enter the verification code received on your mobile number. On this page, you have the option to change the verification method or send the code again.
Congratulations, your Dualog account is now successfully logged into the main inbox!
Dualog Seafarer's platform interface is in English. However, the integrated webmail supports multiple languages for your convenience.
