STEP 1: Obtain Your Seafarer Login Credentials

To begin, you'll need an email address and password provided by your shipping company. If you have not received these credentials, please reach out to your shipping company to obtain them.

STEP 2: Account Activation

Once you have been given your login credentials, you can proceed to activate your account.

This can be done via:

STEP 3: Set A New Password

After logging in for the first time, you'll be prompted to set a new password according to your company's password policy. To ensure your account's security, it is good practice to create a strong, unique password that you don't use elsewhere.

STEP 4: Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Next, you'll be asked to select your country and provide your local mobile number to set up MFA.

You can then choose between WhatsApp or SMS as your authentication method. You can switch between these options whenever prompted for an MFA token in the future. Do note that if you select SMS as your authentication method, you may not be able to use it at sea where there may not be access to SMS.

STEP 5: Complete The Onboarding Process

Enter the verification code received on your mobile number. On this page, you also have the option to change the verification method or resend the code.

Congratulations, you now have access to your Dualog Seafarer account!

Additional Note

Dualog Seafarer's platform interface is in English. However, the integrated webmail supports multiple languages for your convenience.
