As of March 31, 2025, the legacy skin of Dualog Webmail (onboard only) will be retired for ships running Connection Suite 3.12 and older. Here is the list of ships running version 3.12 and older for your company (it can be sorted by version).
What will happen on April 1, 2025?
Our “skin” of the Dualog Webmail onboard the affected ships will revert to the default. Basically, the Dualog logo and colors will be removed. However, the webmail functionalities will still function normally.
If your ships are using Outlook as mail client, there will be no noticeable change.
What should you do?
To ensure smooth operations going forward, we recommend updating to the latest version. You’ll benefit from important security improvements, over-the-air updates, more efficient mail storage, and better data transfers between your ship and the Dualog cloud.
