INTRODUCTION
The crew sign-in feature has been enabled to enhance security and deter unauthorized use of accounts onboard. When activated, access to internet and email services will only be granted to crew members after approval from the captains. Authorized individuals will receive an email requesting approval whenever a new sign-in is attempted onboard.
This article will demonstrate how an administrator can enable the sign-in approval feature within the organization and for a specific user group.
STEPS
Login to Dualog Portal using an administrator account: (Click here if you have yet to register)
- Click on the Hamburger menu at the top left corner > Connection Suite > CS Groups
- Search or select the user group(s) that require(s) the sign-in approval feature
- Under Group Settings > enable "Require sign-in approval"
- Click on Save to apply the change
