Introduction
In the Dualog Portal Installation page you can find several pieces of information and options that enable easier management and overviews of the Dualog services you have installed on each vessel. This article shows you how to navigate to the Installations page, and introduces some of the information and options available on this page.
Navigation
To reach the Installations page, first log into the Dualog Portal. If you need to create an account, see the KB article Dualog Portal - Registration.
Once you have signed in, open the side menu bar by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the window, then select 'Installations' from the menu.
Products Installed
The status of your Dualog software is shown via an easy-to-read table on the Installations page. Each row in this table is a vessel in your organization, and by clicking on the vessel name, the table will automatically expand to show you a list of the Dualog installations you have on different computers within that vessel.
Clicking on one of the installations listed under a vessel will take you to a page where you can view product version information as well as other useful information like the Operating system of that device.

Once you have selected t he products you want to update, click on the 'Update' button.
Once triggered, the updates will be performed automatically in the background without any additional user intervention. Depending on the size of the update, it may take some time.
