Dualog Portal - Getting Started

INTRODUCTION

This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to get started on Dualog Portal before accessing the available features.

GETTING STARTED

  1. Register an account on Dualog Portal (For both existing and new customers)
  2. If there are existing members in the organization, they can send you an invitation (see Procedure for Owner).

  3. If there are no existing members, please contact Dualog Support at support@dualog.com using your registered email address or username to request access.

  4. Accept the invitation (Under Procedure for invitee)
  5. You are all set to access the Dualog portal and all its features!
