INTRODUCTION

Dualog Link can be uninstalled at any point. If the uninstallation fails, it is possible to manually reset the installation to the activation step with the following procedure:

STEPS

• On the Dualog server, open the Windows services list (run services.msc from the command prompt)
• Stop the DualogDigitalPlatform service
• Navigate to the install folder for the DigitalPlatform.Client (the default path is usually
  C:\Dualog\DigitalPlatform.Client\DigitalPlatform.Client ) 
• delete the file DigitalPlatformClientStore.sqlite3
• Start the client service
• Re-activate the Link platform using http://localhost:5000
