INTRODUCTION:

Dualog Link can be uninstalled at any time. If the uninstallation fails, you can manually reset the installation back to the activation stage by following the procedure below:

STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURE:

• On the Dualog server, open the Windows services list (run 'services.msc' from the command prompt)
• Stop the DualogDigitalPlatform service
• Navigate to the install folder for the DigitalPlatform.Client (the default path is usually 
  C:\Dualog\DigitalPlatform.Client\DigitalPlatform.Client ) 
• delete the file DigitalPlatformClientStore.sqlite3
• Start the client service
• Re-activate the Link platform from http://localhost:5000
