There are some instances where Dualog link services (drive, protect, endpoint, etc.) were installed on a server that subsequentially was decommissioned and therefore no longer in use. Under such circumstances, it is advisable to remove the Link installation from the Apps portal to avoid duplicates, overcrowding and confusion while performing any admin work. To remove the Link installation, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the apps portal with your admin account.
2. Navigate to this link
3. Search for and select machine of your choice
4. On the top right corner, click on 3 dots menu and select 'Remove installation'
5. Type REMOVE and click on Remove button
