Network Control allows views of Live Traffic from Connection Suite V5.06.002 onwards. In order to use this, the Feature Flag must be enabled. To do so, please submit a request to support@dualog.com.
- Once this is enabled by Support, you would see the following Live Traffic View option in Network Control:
2. Click on Configure Network Control, choose your ship and click on Reporting
3. Once here, choose Override followed by Enable Live Traffic Reporting and indicate the interval. If using Inherit, this will use the company configuration.
4. Alternatively, you can enable all ships via the main Network Control page> Configure Network Control> > Live Traffic Reporting. Please note that this consumes approximately 25 MB / day (per vessel) depending on usage.
5. Once Step 3 or Step 4 is completed, do allow it a few minutes. Head to the main Network Control page> Choose Live Traffic View> Choose by Ship> You can view good information on this page as per sample below or click on View Detailed Traffic for more in-depth information.
