Dualog Network Control - IP Traffic Report

INTRODUCTION

The IP report traffic is captured and can be generated within a Dualog Portal report. This report offers a high-level summary of both incoming and outgoing traffic monitored by Dualog Network Control.

It's important to note that the traffic report is not in real-time and is updated only after each End-of-day (EOD) based on the specified time period being searched.

GENERATE IP REPORT

1. Login to the Dualog portal with a valid account.
2. Expand the menu located in the top left corner > Connection Suite > Network Control
3. Generate IP Report
4. Select the time period and the vessel. (Account and account group are optional)
5. Click on "Generate Report"
   
   

IP TRAFFIC REPORT OVERVIEW

The IP traffic Report displays all IP traffic based on the input search criteria in the following columns:

• Date
• Account
• Ship
• Equipment
• Source computer
• Port
• Protocol
• From Ship
• To Ship

CSV EXPORT

1. Click on the "Export to CSV" to export and download the report to your local directory.
