Dualog Business Mail - Shore Webmail Export to Import to Ship Webmail

INTRODUCTION

This article will provide step-by-step instructions to download a copy of messages from the cloud server and import them to the ship connection suite's Webmail.

ONSHORE PORTAL

1. Log in to Dualog Cloud Webmail with the appropriate credentials
2. Select the Email Inbox <Year/Date> > Select all emails within
3. Click on More > Download.. > Maildir format (Zip)

SHIP CONNECTION SUITE (WEBMAIL)

1. Log in to Dualog Webmail with the appropriate credentials [Dualog IP address/webmail] > Click on Inbox or any sub-folders where the download email(s) should be imported to.
2. Click on the Gear Icon > Import messages
3. Browse to the local directory where the downloaded emails in .zip are stored
4. Click on Import
