How to change email domain for a mail account

1. Log in to Dualog apps portal with your admin account.

2. Ensure that the domain already exists by going to Connection Suite> Mail> Settings> My Domains. 

3. On the left panel, head to Ship Staff and it will lead you to the ship accounts page,  search for account you wish to make changes for and select it.

4. Click on Edit details

 

 

5. At domain drop down, select domain of your choice and click on Save Changes
