Dualog Connection Suite - Identifying the Dualog PC onboard

INTRODUCTION

"Dualog PC" or "Dualog Server" refers to the computer installed with the Dualog Connection Suite onboard. Only one active Dualog computer is permitted onboard, and concurrent installations of Connection Suite are not allowed.

This identification and information are essential for Dualog support, aiding in troubleshooting and assessment processes.

STEPS

1. On the search bar > type "services.msc"
2. Alternatively, Press the Windows key + R
3. Type "services.msc"
4. You should see a list of Dualog services installed and running
5. You should also see OracleServiceXE and OracleXETNSListener services installed and running
6. Press the Windows key + R again
   
7. Type "control panel"
8. Click on Programs > Programs & Features
9. You should see both Dualog Connection Suite and Oracle 11G installed and reflected under the installed programs.
