INTRODUCTION
This article will describe how to perform the password reset on an account on Dualog Portal, where you will need an account with the role "Owner" to perform the task.

STATIONARY ACCOUNTS (SHIP)
- Log in to the Dualog Portal
- Go to Main Menu > Ship Staff
- Select the Ship Accounts tab ( Direct Link )

Locate the account.
You may type the whole or part of account name in to the search field to limit results
- Click anywhere on the account row to select it. This will open the Account settings page
- Click on Reset password
- Click on Confirm to accept the password reset action
- This will set a temporary password for the account. The password is the same as the email of the account.
- Click Done to close the window.
- Alternatively, if you wish to manually set the password, Click on Change password
- Fill in the new password or click Generate Password to have it automatically filled in
- Click on Change Password to update the new password
- This will open the password update confirmation screen
- You may click on the View Icon to see the password, and/or click on the Copy Icon to copy the password to the clipboard.
ROAMING ACCOUNTS (CREW)
- Log in to the Dualog Portal
- Go to Main Menu > Ship Staff
- Select the Crew Accounts tab ( Direct link )
- The remaining steps to set/reset the password, is exactly the same as in the previous section.
