INTRODUCTION
This article will describe how to perform the password reset on an account on Dualog Portal, where you will need an account with the role "Owner" to perform the task.

STATIONARY ACCOUNTS (SHIP)
- Under Dualog Portal, go to Connection Suite > CS Accounts (Alternative Direct Link)
- Search and select the account > Click on "Change password" (Minimum = 8 characters)
- Enter new password > Click on "Change password"
- Alternatively, you could click on "Generate password" to generate a random string of password
- Click on Done after the successful password change (Click on the eye icon to double-check on the password if necessary)
ROAMING ACCOUNTS (CREW)
- Under Dualog Portal, go to Connection Suite > CS Accounts (Alternative Direct Link)
- Search and select the account > Click on "Reset password"
- Click on Confirm > Done
- The temporary password will now be shown
SELF PASSWORD RESET FEATURE (FOR SHIP CONNECTION SUITE ONLY)
